Hey guys I installed one of these units in my company office about a week ago and when turned to cool we ony get hot air. Now I dont really know anything about heating and cooling but the figured it shouldnt be to hard to put wire A. from the original thermostat into slot A. on the Crestron one etc... Well it was then that I noticed the two units were labled differently so called True Blue a they walked me through which wires go where on the Crestron t-stat based on where they were plugged in on the og t-stat. Also set the dipswitches on the back of the unit according to the type of system we have and am still having the problems. Is there something in the setup I may be doing wrong? I plan on calling True Blue back but havent really been around the office to call, so I figured I would ask here first to try and get some ideas before I have a chance to call them. Thanks in advance.

Andrew
