I was gonna say check the new Prodigy site but I looked and the PMC2 isn't even in there. Looks like that is going away. I also looked on Crestrons FTP site and the last version of firmware for that gateway that I can see is V2.001.0024

Have you called True Blue support Cory? They should be able to email you the firmware.

I did and he basically had the same access as me (prodigy site, FTP) and couldn't find anything else.

The problem is that the Lighting control pages aren't working and I was hoping this might help (but I doubt it). After some time on phone with TB, i sent them my project and we'll see if they have any news for me tomorrow.

Read the Topic - I need the firmware for the EX Gateway, not the PMC2

I did find the archived products on the site, but still showing most current EX firmware as 2.001.0024, but the PLX3 online help files say that you need 2.001.0035 or higher.

Are you Sure? The most recent version on their is 4.003.0015 and was released Dec 2010.

On my processor now I actually have 4.003.0020 - which I can't find anywhere, maybe they rolled it back?

Either way, why would the 4.003.0015 file have the newer EX firmware than 2.001.0024 that was released in July 2011

Page three shows a firmware upgrade for the PMC2+ in July as well, but it's just another way to get the 2.001.0024 EX firmware.

So are you actually seeing 2.001.0035 or later somewhere?
