I am trying to set up a Plex media center in a Prodigy system. This system is set up in SystemBuilder and I'm not proficient in SIMPL (yet).

How can I go about getting the IP commands for the Plex media center put into my crestron remote. I've got a module i found online, but it is not system builder friendly. I have all the IP commands.

This one should work if it were Systembuilder friendly. Anyone smarter than me care to make this SB Friendly?

I've seen how-to instructions in the yahoo group, but haven't tried it myself.

Crestron also has instructions on how to do this as well. I was looking for an IP driver for Pioneer receivers, found it on the Crestron site. Imported it into Simpl, saved it and it was now available in my user database in Systembuilder. Did the same for DSC and Marantz.

I tried the instructions located in the yahoo group and it showed up in SystemBuilder but then gave me an error when I tried to add it to the system, something about nothing in that device family.

Kgossen: Where can I find the crestron instructions on making a module systembuilder friendly?

Ok I swear I'm not an idiot. I'm not finding that answer id. When I type it in directly, it says it's no longer available.

Thanks. However as someone who doesn't do any programming in SIMPL, these instructions are greek.

Ok, nevermind. Ended up getting it figured out on my own. I had to go into the connection logic under program header and select TCP/IP Client. Now it lets me add it to the program. Thanks for all the help
