Using a P-IDOCV and PMC2+, the Ipod metadata comes and goes on the remote. Re-docking the remote sometimes helps. Tried different Ipods, no change. Any Ideas?

Sounds like a communication issue. (would help to know which remote) What's signal strength like?

PTX3, signal strength is great. Would re-verifying the network (hardware) help?

Thanks

Having a similar problem with PMC3, P-IDOCV, and PTX3. Reloaded latest available firmware to all devices. The "Currently Playing" feedback / metadata is visible on remote and in Real-Time Mode. "Browsing" feedback - iPod menus, playlists, song/artist/album titles is blank. It's like having the Crestron version of an iPod shuffle.
