Don't plan on putting any movies on the hard drive......Unless you get rid of the pesky protection. It is NOT a Kscape.

I bought and ADMS in April. I have had numerous problems with it. Latest is a fan and display failure. Found Crestron very dificult to deal with. They do not support their venors or customers. In short I found the ADMS to be overpriced and unreliable and Crestron unresponsive.

You should be contacting the Dealer you bought your ADMS from. All warranty and service issues should be handled by them.

The ADMS has been nothing but trouble. Numerous failures, had to get sent back to Crestron for service which resulted in it being wiped clean. What you need to understand about this device is it's a Windows based PC with Crestron software and computer case. It is as reliable as a windows based PC..... think about it!

I wish i would have never sold it to them.

FYI this unit is just now 6 months old and has never performed correctly consistantly

When I went to the training they had one running for demo in a theater they set up, those days that unit works good i used at the end of the day just to get the feel of it, Dint crash or stop working at all, but I assumed that this product was a 1st Generation I expected some failures like always happen, plus when I saw the retail that was over priced for my point of view. As technology is emerging so fast I think you can do almost the same with some network players and a Network HDD, some sort of thing or jump to a Kplayer or Vidabox system...
