Have a customer with a few of these that called just now. Just today they started not dimming via the actual dimmer itself. It just either ramps all the way on or all the way off.

It still works with the remote scenes. Any idea what this could be before I go over there?

When you say it ramps on and off, is it dimming on and off? If so, the customer could be expecting the dimmer to dim incrementally on a single tap. You have to press and hold for it to dim in increments
If that's not the case, then somehow they may have been set to switch mode

Thats what the customer was expecting. Thanks for the clarification. We set the preset for her so she can just do the one tap.

Those dimmers default to a tap for on/off, press and hold for raise/lower. I wouldn't change it, I would let the other interfaces in the project select a dimming preset and include that dimmer as part of the preset.
