Help me dosnīt upload programing in ptx3

I can not download the schedule in the PTX3 tells me I can not find the device and the cables and connections are good, control is in setup mode.
please someone help me with this

what do you mean...you can't download the schedule?...make sure the PTX3 is awake when you are connected to the computer.

"Exit and save" out of setup mode, then try it again.

when i did my 1st prodigy I had some sort of the same issue, I had to install drivers that were in a folder of the pc, then when I connect the remote and when to Finish it was a verified device.
HELP NEEDED

 In SystemBuilder or Toolbox. IF it SB, can you connect directly in toolbox?

In SB, go to upload (make sure device is awake first and connected via usb) right-click, select connetion settings and trying taking out the serial number, if that doesn't work also take out the model name. Sometimes this works.
