Client has a GE Concord security system, small system. I found a module on the Crestron site for the GE Concords. I'm not seeing any control ports on the panel itself.

I haven't looked at it closely yet, and figured I'd just ask first and save the time if someone can tell me what it takes to control one of these.

THANKS!

The security company needs to install and activate an RS-232 box for you to connect. I've had to work on these a few times.

Its made by GE, the part number is: 60-783-02 GE Superbus 2000 automation module. The software version for the concord panel needs to be 2.5 or later.

Thanks CPS! The client really just wants ARM and DISARM functions with feedback. Do thiese panels suck to work with or any advice?

No, the GE panels are one of the easiest ones to integrate with.

We have integrated many GE alarms with series 2 Crestron, we request GE when designing the job.
When good enough is not good enough.
