I've got a customer's remote that is acting strange. When the battery is in, it is stuck on the PRODIGY startup. It doesn't show the loading bar, just that light blue background with the words PRODIGY in white.
I thought for sure I could load it up in toolbox and "reset" it, but no dice. The computer doesn't recognize that it is plugged in. I tried different batteries which didn't make a difference at all.
Anyone know how to reset this thing if it can't be hooked up to the computer? I tried leaving the battery out for quite a while (several hours) to no avail.

Were you able to do the reset via press & hold of the top Power button for 15 seconds?

No. Thats the first thing I tried. Tech support was stumped as well and did an advanced exchange. Was just hoping it was something I could fix immediately.
