Trying to download prodigy composer via Master Installer. Download freezes at 98% every time.
Have tried it on two different computers, both running XP SP3, one is my regular programming machine, the other has no control system software on it of any sort.
What gives? Am I missing something? Even let it sit at 98% overnight to see if it would magically come to life.

A couple of times.
Wound up with a Prodigy system for my own use (we are a full line Crestron dealer). Figured I would try my hand at programming it as I have an extensive background with URC and RTI.

Had similar issues for a while. Downloaded the components individually when that happened. Try turning off your Anti-virus. Try starting the download at a different time of day.
I was never able to determine the cause and fortunately my most recent downloads were quick and without incident.

Thanks!
Finally got it sorted out with the help of Crestron tech support. Had to do a couple of things.
1. Use Master Installer for System Builder instead of Prodigy
2. Download a couple of components without installing
3. Individually install components
4. Rerun Master Installer
5. Download/Install more components
6. Install two files directly from crestron website (for some reason the templates and database would not finish installing via Master Installer).
I want that couple hours of my life back. Dunno if this was a Crestron problem, or something funky with my computer, either way it is now resolved.
