Hey all,

I am pretty new to the crestron world (only been a dealer for a short period of time)

Well anyways I am working on my own house tonight, just messing around (best way to learn)

Anyways I bought a Pro2, and a c2enet-2, and some thermostats (AES and other goodies coming shortly) Got the Pro2 running, and thermostats installed, I can see them on the network and control them via an Xpanel, but for the life of me I can't figure out why I can't control them AT the thermostat. Reading only it looks like I have somehow enabled the "lockout" feature, but I can't find it anywhere in system builder to change. I can't even Hold Mode and View to enter Setup, although using Mode and cursor down plugging in gives me some data, so I don't think its the keys.

Any Suggestions? I hate to call Crestron tomorrow for something so retarded, so I will leave it in your capable hands

Thanks!

You can open your SB program in simpl and look at the tstat symbols. Look for the digital input for "button lockout" or something similar and replace the text there with //

Save the program, compile and upload. Problem fixed.

Ok, just opened SIMPL,

What you want to do is open the TSTAT/THSTAT Display Functions

Find the field - FrontPanelLockout and delete whatever is there.

compile and upload
