I have been out of programming for a little while but I am adding a Russound CAV6.6 Dist Audio to a friends house he has a CP2e I added it to the program in simple windows everything looks right but it will not communicate with the russound unit I verified that the cable is good I have checked with russound on the serial settings all of my join numbers are correct in the remote. Anuone with anything that I could look at I would be very grateful.
Its amazing how much you forget in a few years of being out of it.
Did you try running your program in debugger to see if the commands are being sent? You can also manually send the commands to see if your serial cable connection and settings are correct.
