I'm looking to control my home theater system in 3 zones (living room, dining room/den, and outdoor speakers), with a single universal remote control system that is user-friendly.
Recommendations? Suggestions?

Seeing how you looked under Crestron Control systems, my recommendation would be to contact a Crestron dealer in your area and ask about Prodigy.

and as a side note - the control system will only be as friendly as the programmer makes it (not to be confused with a friendly programmer).
