I loaded the new Crestron Module into a customer's system and it's not pulling any data. I have tested the program at the office and it works. Sent the archive to Crestron TS and it works there as well. Here is the information:

Router is a Dlink DIR 655
Customer can surf the web
DNS settings resolve ok
Weather module uses port 80
Customer is using a wireless ISP using a PPPOE connection
The processor IP is reserved static in the router
Spoke to the ISP and they are not blocking any ports or ip addresses
There is a camera dvr using port 80 for remote access but disabled port forwarding for this temporarily and still no change so I don't think there is a conflict.

I'm pulling my hair out with this one.!!!

Anything I may have missed?

Gman,
Where have you located the "updated" module? Is it available on their site? From your testing at the shop has it been fixed?
You can't fix stupid

Unless you have bridged your router, I would plug my Crestron Processor directly into your modem. This would tell you if you had a conflict in your system or if its a problem with the high speed provider. Or at least remove all other network devices except the router and processor.

I'll give that a try. The modem is close to the processor. Thanks

If you have any music server in the system it would use port 80 as well to retrive cover art.

For what I have found some service providers block port 80. In all of my systems I change it to port 81 and everything seems to work fine.

The module is locked by crestron. Where are you changing the port info?
