Unless you have bridged your router, I would plug my Crestron Processor directly into your modem. This would tell you if you had a conflict in your system or if its a problem with the high speed provider. Or at least remove all other network devices except the router and processor.
I'll give that a try. The modem is close to the processor. Thanks
