Since I have installd all the new Crestron software I need to refresh all my RSD files in order to gain the programming back, this happens everytime I open a project whether I just had the project opened or haven't opened it in a couple days. The files are still located at the same location and I haven't needed to update the RSD files so they haven't been changed, yet everytime I open the project to do some programming I click on an RSD and there is no programmable options. I then have to go back to SB from VTPro and refresh all the RSDs in order to gain all the programming associated with them.

Has anyone else come across this problem or am I the only one?

Is there a way around this that someone knows or is it something that will require a phone call?

TIA

SWO

Still no fix to this, posted on yahoo group and found out that this was a glitch in a previous version. Have contacted crestron and will hopefully have an answer soon. This is getting quite annoying with 15 RSD...
