I have followed all instructions for puch throoughs and only seem to work on watch and not listen when it comes to mute and volumes. Am I missing something?

you need to individually set punch through for each page you are trying to affect. Sounds like you set it for all the watch pages, but not the listen pages?

Remember that the "Watch" and "Listen" screens are practically their own devices... so you can do anything you want on their hard buttons. As Zeke says, you'll need to punchthrough both of them.
