Fellow installers, I am in a bind at an install, where my older dell took a turn for the worse. I have my new dell, but I have no way to transfer my remote software from my older dell, because it's now a metiorite. I tried registerinig this remote on URC's site, but I keep getting an error when entering the serial #. Basically I can't finish this job until this remote is programmed.

Help! anyone have any thoughts?
The serial # has two parts, I tried entering it several different ways, but no luck

Call the authorized URC distributor you buy from, ask them for the PIN to get on the Installer site, and download the Complete Control Suite.
