Anyone run into problems with the newer remote model software? What did you do to resolve?

Thanks

What remote do you have? It is only the 950 and 3000 that appear to have problems with Vista. I have no issues with my 900.

Hi,

I believe that the 950 and the 3000 used Active Sync for communication with the computer. In my experience ActiveSync has been problematic. Vista has replaced ActiveSync with Windows Mobile Device Center (or something like that), which is probably ActiveSync with a new name and a whole new set of problems.

Just my 3 cents.

I have everything. Program the older models and the 950 & 3000. Any information on how Vista deals with synching the MX3000 and 950 would be great. Thanks
