The mx-3000 editor does not automatically resize an image when you change it.
Either you need to erase the before and after image that is there and then input the size of your picture you have.
Or the easier way is to add a new button and then select the image you want and it will auto size with a new image.
Remember that your picture can not be larger than 320x240

Actually, you only need to delete the after image to import a before image of a different size.
The error you get actually refers to the fact that the before and after images are different sizes therefore if you delete either image and import a new image for the one that is left it will resize the button for the new image. Then when you import an image for the one that is empty it must be the same size as the other.
