I finally got some time to play with the MSC-400 I got after CEDIA. Every time I try to open it up either from Complete Control, or as a seperate program, It says an error occured while launching the program. I have removed and re-downloaded CC and the MSC-400 program and it keeps happening. Any sugestions?

It was with XP. Had to go into the registry and delete from there, and then reload the software.
