I have a customer who wants me to program a MX-350 for him. I have tried telling him to get the MX-900 which is a better remote but instead he would want me to program the MX-350 he bought last week. My problem, I have not dealt with this piece before. I usually sell MX-850, MX-900, and MX-3000 (all PC programmable). Can you guys give me any tips that would make my life a little easier when programming this unit? I’m thinking that he’ll have to pay me more for programming that he actually paid for the remote.

Take a MX900 with you so you can download discrete codes into the 900 then learn them into the MX350.
