Can you program a MX700 using the software from a MX850. I don't have access to the installer site from home and need this for the morning. Thx for your help.

It should work fine for regular file downloads - I do it all the time with an MX-700 and MX-800 Editor.
(Caveat: I did once have an issue where an MX-700 with a corrupted program download would not revive with MX-800 Editor but came back fine with MX-700 Editor.)
