UPDATE OR REINSTALL YOUR SERIAL DRIVERS. MAKE SURE YOUR ACTIVE SYNC IS SEEING YOUR MX 3000

Yes, it is the active synch driver that you are missing. Our tech support department can walk you through the process of reinstalling that if you give them a call.

The simple fix is to uninstall the editor and re-install it. If you don't uninstall the editor and just try to install over the top it won't ask you if you want to install activesync. If the editor is not installed when you try to install it, it will ask if you want to install activesync you must say yes.

Dugan, just out of curiosity, did you install CCS or just the 3000 editor?
