I just bought a Hunter Fan with a remote and was wondering if anyone had any luck programming a URC MX900 to control the fan. The fan remote only has 4 buttons, but for some reason I am having no luck doing the learn mode. I am sure I am doing something wrong. Please help.

Thanks

S/N

I have yet to see a ceiling fan that is IR but to test it for sure:

Turn the fan off, stick the remote in your pocket or cover it with a pillow or something and press a button, does it turn on? If yes then you have an RF remote and are out of luck.
