code for mx-900.
I downloaded it from their site, but via the universal browser, it shows 2 powers but does not mention on/off. Just POWER.
I tried each one and it seems like they are toggle.
Does anyone have a file for 5040 pioneer power?

Please help a needy man.

:)
thx

You have mail.

Just curious.

Did you tell him about the IR data base in the editor? ;-)

His constant bitching about the remote, while he obviously didn't have a clue, left me a bit dissgruntled.

I was tempted to tell him to call the person he bought it from!

From his posts, one would think he bought it in a 'blind auction'.

Perhaps I'm still jaded from the 'Rich' fiasco :-(
Every day is a good day.......some are just better than others!

Proud to say that my property is protected by a high speed wireless device!

I only bitched about the first day I gotta tell you , the editor software is not great and it could have been designed better.
After playing around with the software,

1) U should show up next to any button that is not doing anything (UNASSIGNED) Like how L shows up next to buttons for Learn and M for Macro.

2) When in the IR DB mode, it shows you all the devices and you gotta pick the one you have. It be nice to have another button (IR DB of devices i own only).

3) have an option for light control (turn the lights on for 1 , 2, 3, 5 second) after last button pressed. MX950 has option to control lights like this. 900 does not.

Give me few more days and i can recommend more features.

There is a red dot on any button that is assigned. That isn't enough for you?

Huh?

Why didn't you get the 950 then? This feature could never be added to the 900 unless you also added the charge dock.

I sell 6-8 900s a month and NOTHING should change about this remote.
A buddy of mine that sold 850s wanted to "redesign" the 900 after he did his first. He has since decided the 900 is perfect as it is.
