hmmm.downloaded the mx900 editor on laptop

and when i click on download, it doesnt do anything. no pop up box or anything. I had it on PC and it worked ok. Just moved to laptop since laptop is more convenient in front of TV. what's the problem with laptop download button?

Anyone seen this?

No Vista, just XP. maybe XP is bad. For now using the PC.

I did, it sill doesnt work. I am redoing the XP install tomorrow. Hopefully it works after that. The PC is a bit pain since it's in a diff room and i gotta run back and forth (program in one room, unplug , go to the other room).

Do you have any other hardware or applications that synchs when connected to the laptop? Something like a palm pilot, blackberry, etc? I would do the following : close all applications that are running on your laptop - even in the background. Uninstall the software. Reinstall the software. See if that works.

You may have to tone down or close some of the virus protection to rule out that when you do this as well. If this doesn't work I would contact URC and ask then for some tech help. There may be some files that you need to install that either didn't get installed or conflict with another piece of software or device.
