I have downloaded the latest site using the link in the sticky, but my IR DB is still version 1.76. I purchased a new TV and receiver and need to update my MX3000. I purchased it from a reseller in a different state when I lived there. I cannot go to them because of this to get a cd with the latest database.
Please help!!

You need to be a dealer to update to latest database...

Or have the updatable software provided by your dealer. Read a few threads in the other URC forum, somebody may help you out.
