I've ordered a mx-900 from BlueDo on the 30th of April and asked a couple of questions after my order. Up until today no answer whatsoever from BlueDo, I am a returning customer who bought from them before but if this is the way BlueDo are treating their customers I probably will try someone else. I am a International customer, Australia matter of fact and I only bought one unit, just like the last time, probably not worthwhile for them? Does ProRemotes or SurfRemote ship to Australia, maybe some other approved dealers, can you please let me know?
My neighbour bought from an Ebay seller and had great and punctual communications with him, I prefer the approved sellers if I can, but this is not shaping up as a good experience. Maybe I'll hear something soon, otherwise I might have to cancel my order.

What is your opinion??
Thanks in advance, dickwyn

I ordered a MX-900 and MRF-300 from Bluedo not too long ago. I didn't see anything on the website but did get an email shortly after. I had some questions/issues so I emailed them and got a very fast (same day) response. Try them at [email protected] and see if you can get a response.

Hope this helps.

Yeah i can second that.

Either international orders are not high on the agenda (the price to send a few hundred grams of remotes is an astonishing +$63) or they fear creditcard fraud: first i had to send a picture of both sides of my credit card (last ciphers and cvc blurred), secondly it was suddenly not possible to get the package send to another address (my wifes store) because of due to "international credit card restrictions" (invented for the occasion since i get shipped from US to other address all the time). That was a week ago and since then i havent heard a peep!

Too bad i havent found other Universal Remote dealers that want to ship international...
