Just received my first MSC-400 and the tutorial CD is not in the box. Too early to call my distributor and I can't find it on the installer site. Any help?

The tutorial is listed in the media gallery under documentation & literature.

You really should take Eric's msc-400 fundamentals and the advanced preview online courses.

Very informative.

Pilgram,

Thanks a bunch, I never would have found it. I'll check out Eric's online course and next week is my live training (Jeff Wagner?).

I take it you're in the San Francisco/Sacramento market? I'll be training there next week.

We are rolling out training across the country over the next few months, so monitor the training link on our website to see when we'll be in your market...

Where is this training happening, and who's sponsoring it? I'd like to attend, but hadn't heard anything from the disty's who typically sponsor these...

When you go to the training and certification, click on 'join additional courses'.

Jeff's speed programing for the 900/950 is also top notch.

URC did a good thing with the online training for those of us that have to drive four hours to otherwise get it.

I still prefer live training as it is more interactive and jump at the chance to go when I can.

Yes, I have my speed training certificate

And I was complaining about 2.5 hours!

It's the best. Thanks again for the info.

It's sponsored by Novidor and Firestone, our local rep. Training next Tuesday in Foster City and Thursday in Sacramento. Contact Novidor (or their distribution arm, Electronic Stockroom) to sign up.

Hey guys,
Is the MSC-400 online training available to DIYers, or just ADs and CIs? I can't seem to find it on the site, but I'm not an installer, so I can't check in that section. I'm moving to RF for my home system and trying to decide between a 350 and a 400.

Thanks!
