I'm waiting for my MX3000. I realise that Vista is not supported because the MX3000 uses ActiveSync which isn't used in Vista. As well as my main computer which uses XP, I also have a laptop with Vista. Is it possible to run the editor program to design my remote on my Vista laptop and then copy the file to my XP computer to upload to the MX3000?
Thanks for your help.

That should work fine, but you're losing the advantage of doing the programming on a laptop if you can't use the remote with it to test commands. Mike www.SurfRemoteControl.com

This is why they need to update their software soon. Most new laptops are coming with Vista pre-installed.
