Hi All,
I've tried searching the forums but can't find this issue. I just bought the MX-900 from an on-line AD. I installed the software Friday night but didn't have a chance to program the remote. Last night I finally got time to work on programming the remote.
The problem is that I can't get the Live Update to work. I keep getting an error at says "Fail to Download the Patch Info File". I thought I ran a live update fine on Friday but I wasn't sure so I wanted to run it again, just in case. Although now every time I run the update I get the same error. :( I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software but that didn't help either.
Anyone have any ideas or having the same problem?

There must be something down on URC's end. I just attempted to run Live Update and received the same error message. First time seeing this myself. It has always worked in the past.

I just tried it with the MX-850 editor as well; does not work at the moment.

Hey Guys,
Thanks for checking it out! I couldn't quite figure it out and started to get a little worried due to the past policy change. I'll just have to wait and hope they get the updater working again soon.
Thanks again!

If you have firmware 1.43 and IR DB 1.79 you have the latest until the next one comes out.

URC was without power at thier facilities on monday do to bad weather. I encountered the same problem and on tuesday the server problem was fixed with the application of A/C power to the server.
