Does anyone know how to convert/ translate an excel file that has Pronto hex data into a CCF or something else that Univeral Browser will read? Oppo has discrete codes for the 981 on their website in an excel file with data for the Pronto. The discrete on/off would be very nice to have.

Copy the hex code from the "Pronto Classic Hex Code" column in Excel. In Universal Browser, click on the button that says HEX with a pencil and you will get another window. Click on the Paste button and you will get the hex code pasted on. You can now drage the "DRAG" button to the button you want to assign the command to.

Not all of the universal browsers have hex imports. Actually I think the old version of the MX-850 SW does but the new version does not.

What you usually must do is to create a CCF with ProntoEdit and then import the CCF with the Universal Browser.

You can get ProntoEdit here. You can also use Tonto if you prefer.
