Just got the H20 DTV receiver and my MX500 will only control it if I hold it at about a 45 degree angle and not pointing straight at the unit. Are there multiple freq. IR LED's in the MX or could it be the lens on the MX causing a shift in the frequencies? Thanks!

Its probably your learned commands, since there isn't a preset code for the H20 in the mx500. With new batteries in both H20 remote and Mx500, reteach.
