Where we can find some "image gallery" files (.mxi) for the MX950 ? or some compatible files ( .bmp / .jpg) with the good size? I did not see any on "Remotecentral".
The "image gallery" included in the software is very very poor... (At the price where is sold the remote control!!).
Thank you in advance

There is none that I'm (and apparently anyone else is) aware of. Also, due to the restrictive nature of the 950's graphics abilities, it's not easy to adapt existing galleries (like Prontos for example).

High def images on the MX-950 are pretty much useless.
Even channel logos.
Even gray scale is crap.
The best use for graphics on the MX-950 is for getting more text per line.
I found that if you use photoshop and a 6-8 point arial text font you can get a viewable text that allows pretty much text on the LCD screen.
I don't bother with channel logos.
I just use text.
I do do CD/DVD cover art on the MX-950 for DVD/CD collection menus for a Sony DVD mega changer. But they barely show what is on the DVD/CD, only a poor representation.
It's a couple set process every time to add a new cover art graphic:
Using movie or music collector I edit the cover, which pulls up MS paint.
From there I save the jpg into the mx-950 folder area under a CD/DVD coverart folder.
Then I use photoshop to pull up the color jpg, resize it to 64x64 bits(fits nicely onto the LCD screen, taking up the first 3 rows of buttons, leaving the bottom buttons for text for selecting DVD/CD).
Then(still in photoshop), reduce it to grayscale(why waste file size with colors when remote can't display them, allows for mroe jpgs on remote).
Then , if the CD/DVD has a title I retype the title(to be clear enough to read on remote), using either white or black text(whichever shows up better over cover art), etc.
It's a manual process.
I can do it in under 5 minutes, since I have a system now.
But basically that's what I go through to add images.
I also don't leave the images in the default image library.
I first add it though( so I can drag it to the remote page), but then delete it from library.
Keeps library clean.
I keep the images in folders within the mx editor folder instead.
