Updated my registered copy of CCP, MX-4000 is not there yet. I am still rocking my MX-3000 and MX-6000 (sad, I know) and absolutely love the idea of creating my own graphics again on something more modern.
A little bird told me that the MX-4000 has a 1280x720 screen. You could fit a grid of 4x3 MX-3000 320x240 screens in that space. In other words, graphics look really sharp and clean.

Lol. So true. It was a kind of art to make animations match sounds on the 3000 due to processing power. 20 years ago, it was a beast and a huge upgrade over my original Pronto.
The buttons are nice. Can you put more than eight buttons on the screen, or is it limited to eight?
Templates have pages with 27 buttons on 1 screen and another page with 19 buttons. The grid seems to be 5x7. So possibly as many as 35 buttons per page.
If you're willing to make your own graphics, you could put hundreds of buttons per screen, actually. Even with the two defined template geometries, you could still space the buttons closer together than the snap points we defined. Remember, we use the same Complete Control editor to design the templates that you use to program with, so there's nothing we did that you can't do better suited to you if you're dedicated to it. You can even edit the Font.ini file to have the editor automatically apply your desired font, size, color, alignment, and position when you drag in a button from a gallery you created.

It's available, I can order some right now. I don't have any customers to sell any to right now thou.
I don't think any online stores are authorized to sell URC. Because you have to have the software to program it and that's a whole can of worms. The few that are selling them online, your warranty is going to be thru them. It has been this way for a long time now.

Could you get me one and how much would it cost? Could you take PayPal?
Unfortunately I'm not setup to do that kind of business. I can only take cash or checks from my customers (local business).
I could ship you the remote. But I don't know you, so if something happen with the payment, I have no recourse and would be screwed. Like wise, you don't know me. So if you sent a check and I wasn't an honest person and never sent you the remote, you would be equally screwed.
If you already know a place that is selling remotes online, the best option would be to contact them and have them put one on their next order. If they are a legit dealer, that shouldn't be a problem for them. If they give you a run-around, then it might be a red flag about where they are actually getting products from. Remember all those train cars that got robbed in Cali last year, bringing products from the shipping docks. URC could have had one of their shipments on those.
MSRP shows $999. Edit: something I typed may not be public knowledge. I'll just say it wouldn't be surprising to see it for a little less than $999 until the end of the year.
