Not CCP, but the MX-900 software. It has a update function, but when I try it, I get a "Fail to download the patch info file".

Anyone know what that is?

Can’t answer directly, but CCP is now so old, I can’t imagine an update for standalone editors would even work.

Open the software run it as administractor. Upgraded just fine. yes the mx-900 stand alone software.

I get a error "failed to save patch file"..

Mine is Editor version 1.10.27.1220 Firmware 1.61 IR DB 2.49

It hasn't had update since I posted before.

The version I'm using is a 'Portable' one. Apparently that is the problem. The version shows 1.10.141.

I went and installed a .exe version I had and was able to update that version ok to the one you show

BUT,

I get a error trying to send files back to the remote with the same file I just uploaded from that remote with a error message;
"previously programmed with a newer version of the software" which doesn't make any sense. It's telling me to use Live Update which I just did.


Update, I ditched the 'Portable' version and using the 'Boot Loader' hack forced a remote F/W change/update and all appears fine.
