I'm trying to import a png image onto my 990 but I keep getting a png error file. I can load the same png onto my 980 with no problem (same simulator). Why can't I import on the 990? Is it a bug?

To clarify my gripe, I am unhappy with my dealer but URC is definitely at fault too. They allow their dealers to charge exorbitant rates for simple programming. From searching online, my experience is definitely the norm. The analogy I used I the comments was if BMW started putting locks on the it hoods that only dealers could open (and the dealer doesn't bring this up during the sale) and then the dealers started charging $500 for an oil change, you would be ticked at both the dealer and BMW.

How much would you or your company charge a customer for a few hours work plus travel time?

How are you importing? Is it for a button, or a background? What size is the PNG relative to where it's going on the remote?

I make my own PNGs using Adobe Fireworks and never have a problem importing, but I always size them to be the size they will be in the remote.

Iím aware of the PNG sizes and I import the same way I imported PNGs on the 980 using the mxeditor. Properties>import file. Works 100% of the time with the 980/editor but only 1/4 of the time with the 990/ccp even with the same files.

I should state that I do all the editing and resizing on my iMac with Preview then port them over by flash drive to my old Windows 7 laptop.

All I can say is it works 100% of the time for me and I create all my button PNGs as well as some backgrounds. Maybe because I'm on Win 10 and you're Win 7?

Yeah, looks like Win 7 might be the issue. I found a workaround and it requires several more steps but I find it works most of the time.
