Any ideas how to get the tuner to turn on while using zone 2? It will only work in 1 out of about 50 trys.

I'm sure someone has had this issue as I have had it on the 1907 also on a different remote also.

A little more info on the setup would be helpful..... what remote are you using, how are you controlling it (IR, RF, 232, etc....). Is it the Zone2 power commands or the Tuner input command you're having problems with?....

I ahve never had a problem with the Denon Receiver using tuner codes for zone 2. A little more info about what remote, IR/RF, Rear IR Input, RF Basestation, and the exact codes that won't work. I have a 2307 in my house currently and the tuner commands work perfect on zone 2.

Well every other command for the Denon has worked perfect, just not the tuner on zone 2

Denon 2307
URC mx900 w/ mrf300 using rf only.
Ir flasher for the denon is all the way up for strength

Other components in system
sharp 52 inch 62u
sony dvd
toshiba dvd
comcast cable box.

This is the second time on denon equipment that I can't get the receiver to respond to a zone 2 tuner selection.

I usually have the IR output set to mid or low. Never set it at high. You can also use the Rear IR input on the 2307. Where did you get the Z2 Tuner command? Try learning it from the remote control. Also try increasing the repeats. or try sending two Z2 Tuner Commands.

I just did two with no problems. Both were MX900/MRF350 combos for control.
