Hi All

We have 2 x MRX1s and 1 x MRX2

all have been working fine and even last week we were able to change profiles for all 3 ipads and upload with no issues

we then had a issue with our POE for the wifi which we have now replaced

The ipads worked okay after the update (although I only checked one)

we then uploaded a few changes to each ipad and now all 3 come up with the unable to contact server error

In the CCP app I can connect to all 3 MRXs with discover and check the status

Likewise I can discover the ipads within the app.

If I try to verify the code though I get a failed to connect error and then the error saying this code is not for this MRX

They are right codes and have been working fine and I am making sure I am connecting uploading to the right ipad

I also have another laptop with CCP and profiles from before the network update and it still throws the same error and uploading these profiles gives the same error

I am absolutely pulling my hair out with this and really need some pointers as we are stuck here

many thanks

Howard
