HI,
I added a Parasound NewClassic 200 Pre-amp to my audio system.
The URC database has no codes and the closest model codes did not work but the manufacturer has HEX codes list.

Anyway, either by learning from the original remote, or by using the HEX codes, I was able to program the remote to operate the preamp (Volume, Mute, subwoofer level adjustment), except for one thing:

I cannot get the hard "POWER ON" green button to turn the pre-amp on.

I got the "power off" hard red button to turn it off and I also got one of the soft buttons programmed to turn it on but not the main "power ON" hard (green) button.

The pre-amp turns On from the soft "On" button on it's page, but when I copy and paste that command into the hard (green) power button, everything else turns on except the pre-amp!

I tried learning the command directly from the original remote into the "power ON" macro; tried putting a HEX code command directly into the macro for the "power ON" button - nothing... %$#@...

Strangely, either by Learn2 or by HEX, it would work (turn the damn thing ON) when I created two soft buttons on the device page.

However, copying those commands into the "POWER ON" does not work... AGGRRR

Anyone ???

Got it working- 1st, removed macro from the Power On buttin and sent the program to the remote, then reprogramed the button and -🤗 - it works now.
