Cursor pad in middle of MX-990 is sticking when I press the left side of the button.

1. Is there any way to fix the sticking key without taking apart the unit?

2. If not, how do I take apart the remote? Iíve found a thread on taking apart the MX850, but same technique doesnít seem to work on the MX-990.

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!

Can't be that old, maybe under warranty still. Call URC customer service.

If itís got goo...

Toothbrush and a bit of moisture on it. Scrub upside down and leave to dry. Repeat if necessary.

If itís really messy, disassemble or replace.
