I learned all of the remote control codes for a Benq projector and want to send them to URC. How does does one extract the learned codes into a file?

The CCP program's learn function. The projector's remote thru the MX-980.

Typically URC would ask that you send the factory remote to them to learn into their coder, then they would return it. Ask your rep for a URC contact in the engineering department.
