Hey all,
I just finished a pretty involved program for my old 980. I also bought a 990 to have another remote for the same system. Can I load the 980 program onto the 990? I would hate to have to do that whole program again.
Thanks!

I am not the last word in this discussion, but I have read a couple notes from people that say it’s a piece of cake to copy over to the 990. I personally have had no success, and just did the 990s from scratch.

There is no truth anymore. Only assertions. The internet world has no interest in truth, only vindication for preconceived assumptions. |

Yes you can. Just add the 990 to your program. When the model properties window pops up choose copy and select your 980. Now the 990 will have all the programming from the 980. One thing to note is that the 990 only has a main button and not a watch and listen like the 980 does. So if you are using both on the 980 when you have the 990 selected in the program right click on the 990 in the model designer window. Then select show second main page. Doing this will allow the main button to toggle between the watch and listen pages. And you don’t have to do it but I like to open the image gallery and swap the graphics on the 990 because I like them over the 980 graphics
