First things first. I am a URC DEALER in The Nashville Area and have ask URC for help with this issue and got know where on this topic. Tech support said there was nothing they could do to help with the issue because the remote is out of warranty. This is my personal remote.

So that being said Thanks in advance.....

So I have a MX-6000 that I was updating and now all I get from the remote is the URC splash screen. Can someone please give me a hand to get this back up and working.

I have looked all over the Internet and URC forum for a solution, but to no avail have I found no solution for this remote.

Tried the rest button on the bottom of the remote and mute and ok for 3 seconds but no go.

Thank you for any help you can give or solution

It may be cooked.

Only thing I can think of is loading a blank configuration to it, if it will accept it.

I’ve only done a few, but the one I had that exhibited your symptoms was not repairable. At that time, an MX5000 was the only available “replacement”, and that is now gone, AFAIK.
