Hi All, I'm dealing with an MX-900 that is not displaying any text at all. The screen lights up and the buttons beep when I press them but no text shows up. I have tried both the "loader" procedure (mute+on and batteries in) and the restore to factory settings procedure (Listen+Enter for 5 seconds and then LCD button 4, then LCD button 5 and LCD button 5 again) but no text shows during any of this steps. Anybody have run into this before?

Sounds like a bad screen, not some bad program.
There is no truth anymore. Only assertions. The internet world has no interest in truth, only vindication for preconceived assumptions.

Might want to try pulling it apart and see if the display ribbon cable is seated properly.
