So I am trying to move the dial on my latest project and I have run into a bit of an issue. I am running CCP v3.9.0103.1 which is the latest release. In the IR database I have been able to find and select my 2018 LG UK7700 model TV; Now my intent is to move away from IR to IP for 2 reasons. 1) better control and 2 way feedback, 2) Less wires running all over the place.
When I select in the Data section IP -- then the brand(LG)--- then the model I get 11 options all of which are OLED's but not my model. What is the issue with that? Am I following the wrong method?

As previously mentioned, the LG IP commands are only 1-way.

You may not there are really only 2 codesets in these 11 models. Did you test any of them?

Well that sucks a bit, I was hoping that this could work. Is there any alternative option in the URC lineup other than TC that would provide me with 2 way?

Are you saying the only 2 code sets that exist for the LG IP line and that I should try all 11 models in order to find what would work ?

MX-HomePro offers 2-way with many prominent manufacturers.

If, when you select the LG model in the list, you look at the setup # in the box above the models, you'll see there are really only (2) setup #'s- 1052 & 1164.
The most recent addition would be 1164, so I would try that one first.

If you want 2 way I suggest you get the spec from the manufacturer (may be difficult). That will tell you what the response is to various commands. CCP/MX-5000 can capture responses and that allows you to make programming decisions on the returned data. Theoretically it will work. I considered it but decided it wasn't worth the time it would take for the results, at least based on how we use remotes.
