I contacted Microsoft Support today and they told me that they would send this bug to engineering with high importance for a fix. Until then they asked me to do a backup and clean install of version 1803.
If anyone has a solution feel free to post any info.

Thanks for working on this. Thankfully, I'm running a LTSB version and am immune from the problem for now.

Just to let everyone know....Today i used KenSmith58 email process from URC and it woked for me. My MX3000 now communicates with my Windows10 Pro computer, Version 10.0.17763 Build 17763
