Hello, I had an installer put in three URC remotes, have spent a ton of money with him and he is MIA. I had to switch from Frontier to Optimum online which uses a different cable box (SMT-C5320). The infrared does not work because URC tells me I need to change the code set. I have not been able to use my remotes now for 3 weeks. Is there anyway for me to get a download of the Control software and make this change myself? I am weary of chasing my installer. Thanks.
