What is the point on spending almost a Grand on a Universal remote if you can't use the RF on it? You might as well save the customer the 900 dollars and get a Harmony. Seriously these remote are for people who either are mindless yes men, or are getting this shoved down thier throats becuase you are to lazy to learn real programing. I have done my fair share of these and let me tell you this, they are problems all the time. Worst thing my company has ever done. Your want control, get a real system. I have programed true controllers that have long out lived the life of these remotes, and the beauty of those is that they do it in a fraction of the time and do it all the time. Sure they cost more but you are looking at a one time large investment that will last 10+ years. That is the oldest system I have personally done and even as simple as it is (3 recivers, 4 combo players split across 3 buildings with intergrated video conferencing all with one brain and multiple iterfaces) they can still do more.
